Second day of the poem a day challenge: the prompt is to write a second chance poem.
It could have been better. It was a night that was the making of great memories and our chance.
Ladies getting their due, yet it was a moment of men dressed in black fighting in plain view.
It is our time, we just need to seize it despite the circumstances. It should have been better, so much better.
Just given another chance.
