He was figuring out how he feels about her; he didn’t like people being around him that he didn’t trust. Felt trapped caged up and in. So he watched to see her.

To trust.

Depth perception makes him read between the lines. He was getting what he searched for; hearing, listening and seeing her. To be able to give her a bit of him.

Trust and the trusted.
