With a change up of drinks and appetizers to ensure the chef and bartenders’ creativity with the use of fresh seasonal ingredients, there is always an array of choices to choose. From new twist on old classics, like Asian Pear Mojito to a Japanese Old Fashion, bartenders, Caden and Lee will serve you up with an aim to create “an experience” and make a new friend.
I had the Sparkling Blossom, a take on a French 75. It was a refreshing, crisp, and effervescent drink, rimmed with crystalline sugar to give it a touch of sweetness that meld well with the St. Germaine Elderflower and Prosecco.
It was a delicious way to end my weekend, sipping my summer content, that went well with my appetizer: crispy green beans, with P. F. Chang’s signature spicy sauce. Fun, flirty, sweet, and spicy, if you haven’t tried P.F.Chang’s as a local bar hangout, you need to, ladies it is a lovely dine alone experience too. Good food, drinks, and creative bartenders, is a good time!
P.F. Chang’s located at 18323 N Dallas Pkwy.
